Fast, easy probate

When probate cannot be avoided, make it as easy as possible.  Arizona  offers an “informal” probate procedure that is applicable in many cases, where a judge does not need to be involved.  However, a four-month  creditor waiting period is usually mandatory, and an expensive bond or time-consuming accounting may be required.  The right attorney can avoid parts of the process and expedite others.

Probate is a deadline-centered proceeding.  A  good attorney stays in regular contact with the client throughout, keeping estate administration moving forward and ensuring that the client does not miss costly deadlines.

Once appointed Personal Representative by probate court you may transfer the deceased person’s property where he or she has directed.
